PERIOD PIECES
It isn't a secret that the Academy tends to prefer period pieces in this category (in costume, too), so I think at least 3 (probably 4) of the final 5 will come out of this group of films.

At this point, I can see the final Harry Potter film sneak in, but the others might be better off in the sound categories and such.

CONTEMPORARY
'Dragon Tattoo' is definitely a strong possibility, we'll see whether the Academy is ready to embrace the "remake" of a one-year-old franchise...they weren't that big on the original, that's for sure...
